Privacy Policy

Account. Name, email, and a hashed password when you register. We use secure tokens so you can stay signed in.

Profile and CV. Optional profile details and CV uploads to help match opportunities. You can edit or remove this in Settings.

Opportunities you track. Titles, deadlines, notes, reminders, milestones, and related information you save in the app.

Technical data. Basic logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers on the marketing site.

You may connect Google Calendar from Settings or when syncing a tracked opportunity. If you connect, you will be asked to sign in with Google and approve access.

Scope. We request permission to manage calendar events: calendar.events. We use this only to create, update, or remove deadline and milestone events you ask us to sync — not to read or sell your broader calendar history.

Disconnecting. You can disconnect in Settings at any time. We stop accessing Google Calendar after that. Events already on your calendar stay until you remove them in Google.

Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

• Run your account and the tracker, explore, and recommendation features.
• Send optional deadline reminder emails if you enable them.
• Sync calendar events when you connect Google Calendar and request a sync.
• Improve the service, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate PataAjira (such as email delivery or AI-assisted parsing when you use those features), with Google when you connect Calendar, or when required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can update your profile, change reminder settings, disconnect Google Calendar, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

PataAjira is not aimed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy and will change the date above. The current version is always at /privacy.
